Picture taken April 1995 with a pin hole camera by ?. We are at Ft Harrison-Burnham, Richmond VA. We were participating in "Blue Coats in a Gray City", the 130th anniversary of the march into Richmond by Federal troops. Two of our members, Howard Bartholf and Jim McElhinney helped in the organization and running of this program. They did a great job.
